• Program prefers <25% of park total to be insured-owned homes, on a per risk basis beyond  that
• Incidental mobile home sales, swimming pools, playgrounds, rec.halls, laundries, etc
• Sub-contracting exposures per risk basis
• Hired Auto and Non-owned Auto Liability per risk
• Multiple locations allowed

PACKAGE:

• Building & Contents on common areas such as rec halls or laundries
• No mobile home type construction
• RC & Special form on qualifying risks
• Business income, fences, gates, misc property floaters, outside signs
• $500,000 TIV max per location  / $1,000,000 per policy
• Wind/Hail exclusion in first tier
